The site offers a 40-hour week, with a flexible 5-from-7 rota and predictable schedules. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to inspire and motivate your team.

• Provide the highest level of customer service in person, by phone and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable storage solutions.
• Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve store performance.
• Take full ownership of store financial contribution to control costs.
