Job summary

Safestore Holdings PLC in Holloway is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy storage store. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a rota across 5 of 7 days, Monday to Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards. The package includes a structured management programme, bonus linked to performance, Sharesave, pension, healthcare plan, 28 days holiday, and wellbeing

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a management role, ideally in retail or customer-facing environments.
Ability to lead a team and coach for performance.
Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen.
Ability to navigate a fast-moving storage industry.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance and achieve targets by understanding customer requirements from enquiry to move-in.
Lead and motivate the store team through coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to maximise customer experience with exceptional service.
Maintain store standards, including Health and Safety, to create a great impression for customers.
