Job summary

Safestore Holdings PLC in Holloway is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy storage store. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a rota across 5 of 7 days, Monday to Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards. The package includes a structured management programme, bonus linked to performance, Sharesave, pension, healthcare plan, 28 days holiday, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a management role, ideally in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to lead a team and coach for performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate a fast-moving storage industry.

Responsibilities

What you will offer us:

• Sales: Achieving your targets by understanding every customer’s requirement and advising on the best solution from enquiry through to move in, driving your store’s performance (P&L) and achieving targets.

A successful Store Manager will:

• Be able to lead your team through the fast-moving storage industry environment

This is a full time, permanent role (40 hours per week) worked on a rota across 5 out of 7 days. Shifts fall within our opening hours – Monday – Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm.
