Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a store leader to drive performance and customer experience in our Tipner store. You will lead a team, coach staff, and promote product knowledge while delivering excellent service.

You will maximise sales through strong Visual Merchandising and an energetic, flexible approach, supporting other stores as needed and promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture. A competitive salary with a bonus scheme is offered.
