Job summary

Boots is seeking a Store Manager for a medium-sized store to lead from the front, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service while balancing commercial goals. You’ll support local GP surgeries and NHS services, ensuring a trusted, expert customer experience and strong community engagement along with brand stewardship.

You'll play a hands-on role on the shop floor, coaching colleagues, analysing data, and driving improvements to keep customers returning.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience leading larger or multi-skilled teams.
• Great customer service skills and a passion for customer care.
• Ability to lead performance and implement strategy in-store.
• A collaborative style with ability to build team culture and profitable external relationships.
• Comfort with using data and digital tools to improve store performance.
