Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager who will lead, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will actively participate in customer interactions with your team to meet performance goals and business priorities.

You’ll drive store performance by planning and executing operations in assigned areas, uphold company policies and protect assets, and foster an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in retail, sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each member to learn, grow and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modelling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
