Job summary

You will monitor KPIs, set daily objectives, plan monthly targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience (essential).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Great operational skills.
