Royal Mencap Society is seeking a proactive Shop Manager for a 37.5-hour, on-site role in Wrexham. You will lead an inclusive team of paid colleagues and volunteers, drive store sales, manage stock and Gift Aid, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining financial and safety standards.
