You’ll strengthen local trade relationships, build customer loyalty and ensure Topps remains the top destination for tile-related needs. You are a confident communicator with a track record of smashing sales and profit targets in retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and proven ability to lead teams.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate the store team, delivering great service and strong sales.
• Develop and grow local trade relationships and drive repeat purchases.
• Build relationships with trade customers and confidently recommend products.
• Coach the team to spot opportunities and achieve trade and retail targets.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to inspire confident selling.
• Maintain high operational standards and deliver an unrivalled customer experience.
