Job summary

Oh My Cream is opening a new boutique at King's Cross Station and seeks a Retail and Skincare Expert to join from day one. You will manage sales, cash, and customer experience while leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes skin consultations, in-store masterclasses, and expert treatments, with extensive product training and a strong emphasis on company values and excellent store presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is a must.
• Passion for beauty and clean beauty.
• Dynamic, proactive personality and able to handle challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop store performance through cash management and KPIs (sales, basket size, conversion).
• Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image.
• Lead the team in line with Oh My Cream's values.
• Oversee store operations (HR, stock), ensure high-quality image and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with processes.
• Lead by example with customer welcome, sales advice, skin consultations, and events.
• Perform expert facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
• Handle restocks, inventory, and supplies; keep the store well-maintained.

We're opening our brand new boutique in King's Cross and are currently building our team from scratch, a real opportunity to join the adventure from day one.

Position

Retail and Skincare Expert

Offer

Location : King's Cross Station, London

• Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) - 2 days off

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Your missions

• Develop the store's performance through effective cash management and monitoring key performance indicators: sales, average basket size, conversion rate, collective goals, etc.
• Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image
• Manage your team in line with Oh My Cream's values
• Oversee store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure high-quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness)
• Ensure compliance with processes
• Lead by example with the completion of these tasks:
• Personalized customer welcome
• Sales advice and customer loyalty
• Skin consultations
• Leading masterclasses and in-store events
• Performing expert and customized facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
• Preparing treatment rooms : setting up beds, cleaning/disinfecting between treatments
• Receiving and organizing restocks (2 deliveries per week)
• Regular store inventory management
• Ordering supplies (office materials, beauty consumables)
• Store maintenance
