Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Store Manager for its Crawley store to lead a team and uphold the Starbucks experience. You will drive performance and ensure outstanding customer service and product quality on shift.

You’ll manage store finances, identify growth opportunities and implement plans to hit sales budgets. The role includes comprehensive training, career progression and benefits such as holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading people and teams in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong problem solving/decision making skills.
• Proven ability to develop and grow both a team and business.
• Organised and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Prioritisation and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of store partners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.
