Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a diverse team and drive top customer service and store performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, schedule shifts including evenings and weekends, and embody our culture while promoting growth opportunities.

You will develop staff, ensure product quality and profitability, and actively pursue sales goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in hospitality or retail

What To Expect

You will lead a team of store partners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. You’ll be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.

What You’ll Need
