Responsibilities

• Develop Cass Art sales and customer service culture to hit targets and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Communicate store objectives to the team to keep them informed and engaged.
• Foster a positive working environment to aid retention and reduce turnover.
• Lead regular performance reviews, set objectives and KPIs, provide coaching.
• Coordinate inductions and training for new team members.
• Utilise company initiatives to drive sales and store standards.
• Manage controllable costs within budget to achieve store profitability.
• Oversee daily cash handling and banking procedures for the store.
• Assess local market conditions via competitor visits to drive improvements.
