Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager in a fast paced, high volume retail setting.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet, with a people-focused approach.
• Strong planning, coordination and resource management to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and recommending products with strong product knowledge.
• Stock management and inventory control.
• Analyse and interpret sales performance data and reports.
• Recommend actions to improve sales based on data and customer insights.
• Ensure company standards in merchandising and admin are followed.
• Deliver all KPIs and maintain company standards.
• Recruit and train team members.
