Job summary

Deichmann UK is seeking a Store Manager for our Cowley, Oxford store. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, customer‑facing retail environment and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.

You will oversee stock, merchandising, and KPI delivery while driving staff development and recruitment. Salary is £31,500 per annum with monthly commission and annual bonuses, on-site work, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager in fast-paced, high-volume retail.
• Problem solving, people person with ability to plan resources.
• Ability to motivate and coach teams and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead selling of footwear with strong product knowledge.
• Stock management and stock control.
• Analyse sales data and reports to drive performance.
• Recruit and train the team and develop talent.
