Job summary

T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's established ethnic supermarket chains, seeking a Supermarket Store Manager in Manchester. You will lead a busy store, drive commercial performance, deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.

You will manage daily operations, develop staff, optimise stock and implement group-wide improvements while ensuring food safety and health & safety compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or senior retail manager.
• Proven supermarket or grocery retail experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, stock control and profitability.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and overall performance.
• Motivate, develop and manage store employees and teams.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer service and operational standards.
• Maintain stock control, product availability and replenishment standards.
