Argos Store Manager – Inside Sainsbury’s in Ringwood is seeking a proactive leader to run the store with total accountability for performance and customer experience. You will build a high-performing team, coach and develop colleagues, and drive service, sales and outcomes in a fast-moving retail environment.

You’ll shape everyday operations, use insights to improve results, and progress into broader opportunities within Argos or Sainsbury’s stores and regions, supported by a competitive rewards

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a high-performing team and act as a true role model from the customer’s point of view.
• Inspire, motivate and empower everybody around you.
• Own the store’s performance, plans and actions, and ensure teams are trained and developed.
• Support and challenge the team; resolve issues quickly with a customer focus.
• Plan ahead to secure resources and use commercial acumen to change outcomes.
• Develop performance and capability within the team and lead through change.
