Village Hotels - St Davids is seeking a Store Manager to own a high-volume Starbucks within our hotel, blending Starbucks culture with Village warmth to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead from the floor, analyse data, forecast labour, recruit and develop a front-line team, and ensure food safety and cash handling across the operation, with early starts, evenings, and weekends to truly know the business.

Qualifications

• Market knowledge to spot revenue opportunities and manage budgets.
• Experience recruiting and developing management teams.
• Ability to enforce food safety, security, and cash handling across operations.
• Calm, decisive leadership during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data, forecast labour, and understand the local market to push the business forward.
• Lead floor operations, hand-pick and train the team, and cover shifts as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
