Village Hotels, in partnership with Starbucks, is seeking a Store Manager to own the business in a high‑volume store. You will blend the Starbucks culture with Village warmth to drive profitability while caring for the people who make it happen.

You’ll be the key decision-maker on the floor, analysing data, forecasting labour, and training a hand‑picked team. Flexible with early starts, evenings and weekends, you lead from the front to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
