Job summary

TALA is seeking a Store Manager in Bicester for a short-term FTC. You will own the store's commercial results, lead a growing team and champion brand standards from the shop floor to HQ.

Expect minutes-driven decisions, strong people leadership and a hands-on approach to customer experience. You will recruit, coach and develop staff, deliver excellent service, manage stock, and execute brand activations while ensuring store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving store performance.
• Ability to read and act on P&L and trade reports.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and branded experiences.
• Strong leadership with coaching, hiring and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store's commercial performance including sales, payroll, costs and contribution.
• Trade the store daily/weekly using data to drive decisions.
• Build and manage store rota to maximise trading day within payroll budget.
• Set targets and foster a culture that cares about the numbers.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing store team; coach regularly.
