Job summary

NIKE is seeking a Head Coach for our Dundee retail store to lead and energise a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage store operations, control budgets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic, DEI-focused environment.

You will implement NIKE's strategies, foster leadership development, and collaborate with partners across stores and HQ to elevate performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for NIKE or love of sport.
• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience and competency in providing exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a diverse team and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets and improve consumer satisfaction.
• Support NIKE’s store strategy (sustainability, membership, digital services).

• Ensure the store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business partners across stores and HQ.

• Creating a welcoming environment in the store to provide a unique shopping experience to our consumers

• Cooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ
