Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Shop Manager in the UK to lead daily retail operations in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while maintaining brand standards and local community engagement. Weekend availability is required.

You’ll report to the Area Manager, manage budgets and promotions, and work with Merchandising to optimize stock and visuals in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching the team to deliver an amazing in-store customer experience aligned with our Be Friendly, Be Valuable, Be Inspiring pillars.
• Ensuring the team meets customer needs through multichannel shopping and endless aisle orders.
• Engaging customers with the brand through email signups, purchase tagging and e-receipts.
• Evaluating floor layout and sales trends to respond to commercial opportunities.
• Explaining product features to support styling and purchase decisions.
• Maintaining brand VM standards and shop layouts; optimizing placement for the shop and market.
• Leading promotions, incentives and trading weeks within budget.
• Developing the team through Learning & Development tools and regular feedback.
• Effective staff planning to have the right people in the right places at the right times.
• Setting team objectives, succession planning, and attracting and retaining high caliber staff.
• Managing shop operations including delivery, replenishment, stocktakes, and Click and Collect; liaising with internal teams and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
