White Stuff is seeking a Store Manager in Reading to drive shop performance and lead a dynamic team. You will own KPIs, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and develop staff to reach targets while upholding the brand’s values.

You’ll report to the Area Manager and manage day-to-day operations, product presentation, and community engagement, including weekend shifts as required. A strong retail mindset and passion for fashion are essential.

• Experience driving the commercial success of a shop and leading a team.

• Ability to manage KPIs and drive a great in-store customer journey.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences across the customer journey.
• Present products to maximise sales and ensure brand standards are met.
• Drive commercial performance by optimization of stock, promotions and floor layout.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance reviews of store staff.
• Oversee shop operations including deliveries, stock takes and health & safety.
• Represent the brand in the local community and support local events.
