Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate who will be willing to travel to a variety of stores. The role is full-time with a 39-hour week, working mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as discussed at interview. Salary is £35,350 per annum, with a generous bonus scheme.

You will lead store operations, uphold service standards, and support other stores as needed in a fast-paced high street environment. This position offers a clear progression path and benefits package.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards and audit processes to ensure the highest customer service and sales standards.
• Support neighbouring stores as needed based on business requirements.
