Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Oxford. This full-time role (39 hours/week) offers a salary of £35,350 per year plus a generous bonus scheme. You will lead store operations, uphold standards, and drive sales with a focus on customer care.

As a designated store leader, you may support nearby stores as needed, with progression opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Driving is required for some locations, and interviews will discuss shift patterns.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores Hours per Week: 39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
