Job summary

Savers is recruiting for a Store Manager Designate to join our team in Greater London. You will lead store operations, uphold standards, and drive customer service and sales performance. The role involves potential travel across a variety of stores and flexible shift patterns.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail management experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported by a clear progression plan and a generous benefits package including a bonus scheme.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
