Job summary

Savers Store Manager Designate in the United Kingdom will maintain branch standards, ensure audit processes are followed, and drive customer service and sales excellence on the high street. You’ll be a visible leader, motivating teams and sharing best practices across stores as needed.

This full-time role (39 hours per week) involves flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and requires ability to travel to a variety of stores.

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Willing to travel to a variety of stores.

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
