Job summary

Savers is recruiting for a Store Manager Designate to join the team in Crowborough. You will lead store operations, uphold standards, audit processes, and drive customer service and sales on the high street.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, driving ability, and flexibility to travel between stores. Full-time hours, 39 per week, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends; salary £35,350 with generous bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to travel between stores as needed.
• Driving licence is required.

Location: Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
