Heron Foods in Barton upon Humber is seeking a Store Manager Designate to lead a busy store and develop a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and appraise staff while driving sales and managing costs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll ensure stock availability, pricing accuracy, excellent customer service, and safe store operations, with 45 hours per week and a salary of £30,920 per annum. The role offers career progression and a supportive team culture.
