Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking a Store Manager Designate in the United Kingdom. The role involves maintaining high store standards, conducting audits, and delivering top-tier customer service and sales performance.

The SMD may assist nearby stores as business needs arise. Applicants should have 2+ years in retail management, be able to drive, and be prepared for a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of storesHours per Week: 39 hoursShift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interviewSalary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
