Job summary

Savers is looking for a Store Manager Designate to lead store operations across multiple locations. The role involves flexible shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service on the high street.

With 39 hours per week and a salary of £34,350 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme, you will drive store performance, customer satisfaction and team development, while coordinating with neighbouring stores as required by

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
