Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to join our high-street team. You will drive standards, champion customer service, and oversee store operations with a view to progressing across our network.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, a can-do attitude, and the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Location: Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
