Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty invites applications for a Store Manager Designate. You will oversee store standards, audit compliance, and drive customer service and sales across a network of Savers stores.

The role involves travel to various locations and taking responsibility for performance in partner stores. The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of £35,350 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards and audit processes across stores.
• Ensure customer service and sales standards are met.
• Support neighbouring stores as needed in the designated region.
