Savers Health and Beauty is seeking a Store Manager Designate to join the team in Poole. The role involves travelling to a variety of stores, managing shifts and driving excellence in store standards.

39 hours per week with flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of £34,350 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme. As a Store Manager Designate you’ll uphold customer service and sales standards, lead a team and occasionally support neighbouring stores based on business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
