You will manage daily operations, from espresso to inventory, staff training, and health and safety compliance, with weekend and early-morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop.
• Hands-on experience with espresso machines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, holidays.
• Right to work in UK.
