Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for the Clacton area. You will lead store operations, drive sales and profit, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining Costa standards.

You will own the customer experience, manage the team, and contribute to the brand's growth journey across the local shops network. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive benefits.
