Job summary

Costa Coffee in Clacton on Sea is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will own the store’s performance, coach and develop your team, and represent the Costa brand in the local community. This permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £36,000 per year plus a range of benefits.

• Meet customer needs and drive a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers
