Job summary

NEW LOOK is seeking a Store Manager in Banbury who will lead a team to deliver strong store results and an outstanding customer experience. You will be accountable for performance, working with the Territory Leader to spot opportunities that boost KPI scores, service quality and sales.

You will foster a customer-obsessed culture, coaching your team to deliver a shopping journey that reflects fashion, individuality and personality. You’ll drive teamwork, fun and results on the shop floor.

• Previous store/deputy management experience.
