In this high street role you will be accountable for performance alongside your Territory Leader, driving KPI achievement, excellent service and efficient stock replenishment while keeping the store

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results...whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI's, customer service, team development and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!
