Job summary

New Look in Banbury is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team on the high street. You will drive great results through commercial thinking, teamwork and customer obsession, creating a shopping experience that makes customers feel confident and stylish.

You will be fully accountable for store performance, partnering with the Territory Leader to spot opportunities for KPI improvement, service, development and sales, all while keeping the team motivated and having fun.

Qualifications

• Store or deputy management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
• Identifies themselves as a New Look brand adorer.
• History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills for inventory management and stock replenishment.
