Job summary

New Look is seeking an energetic Deputy Manager for our Enniskillen store to lead a team, drive results, and deliver a customer-obsessed shopping experience.

You will co-create a welcoming environment, manage stock, and maximize KPI performance with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style in a busy high street setting.

Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, ensuring brand standards, and aligning with Territory Leader to deliver strong sales and service every day.

• Previous store/deputy management experience.
• Track record of effectively leading and managing a team.

• History of delivering and exceeding KPI's and key objectives.
• Commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI's, customer service, team development and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!
