Evans Cycles in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store and drive sales growth. You will manage a team of cycling enthusiasts, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote a healthy cycling lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, preferably cycling/outdoor.

• Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized store layout that showcases products effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to hit and exceed targets.
• Continuously train your team on product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by following health and safety guidelines.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead in our store. As a Store Manager at Evans Cycles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated cycling enthusiasts, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
• Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
