Job summary

Robert Dyas, part of Theo Paphitis Retail Group, is seeking a Store Manager in Yeovil to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will bridge central strategy with store execution, driving sales and profitability through commercial insights.

You will recruit, coach and develop colleagues, maintain standards on merchandising and health and safety, and analyse KPIs to close performance gaps while shaping a positive, engaging store culture.
