Job summary

Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our store in London. You will bridge central strategy with store operations, coaching colleagues to achieve high performance while driving sales and store profitability.

You'll manage stock, visual merchandising, health and safety, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture with a focus on customer journeys and outcomes.
