Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager in Redhill. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with a salary of £35,350 per year plus a generous bonus scheme. You will lead a team, maintain standards and audit processes while delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance on the High Street.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for leading a team to success and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and audit processes to ensure consistency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold sales standards on the high street.
• Lead and develop the store team, driving performance and engagement.
