Purpose

Deichmann is proud to announce a vacancy for a Store Manager at our Warrington store.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and receive a guaranteed salary of £31,500 plus performance-related bonuses. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a renowned international retail brand.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated high performance in their current role and possess a blend of managerial and technical skills to drive store success.

Requirements include prior experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You should be able to problem-solve, think quickly, and be a people-oriented leader with strong planning and resource management skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Lead by example in promoting and selling shoe care products, demonstrating confidence and product knowledge.
3. Manage stock effectively.
4. Analyze and interpret sales data and reports.
5. Recommend strategies to improve sales based on data and customer insights.
6. Ensure all company standards are maintained, including merchandising and administration.
7. Achieve all KPIs and meet company standards.
8. Recruit and train team members.
