A fast-growing haircare brand is seeking a TikTok Shop Exec/Manager to lead strategy and execution of its TikTok Shop initiatives. We are currently recruiting for a high-growth, trend-driven haircare brand in the UK. They are looking for a TikTok Shop Exec/Manager to lead growth on one of the most dynamic sales channels in ecommerce today.
This award-winning UK beauty brand is disrupting the haircare industry with its high-performance, cruelty-free products and bold brand personality. Recognised by the Sunday Times and UK Beauty Awards, they are scaling fast and expanding their DTC presence across TikTok Shop, ecommerce, and retail channels.
This newly created role will report to the Co-Founders and own the TikTok Shop strategy, execution, and performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, lead affiliate and creator partnerships, and drive measurable sales growth through creative content and performance strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute a TikTok Shop strategy across content, affiliate, and promotional activity
Create and optimise product listings, bundles, and TikTok live events
Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
Partner with TikTok creators and affiliates to build an engaged community
Manage relationships with TikTok platform reps and remain informed on trends and new features
Lead affiliate seeding programmes and manage on-platform campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to plan and deliver impactful content that drives conversion
Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practice
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrable experience working with TikTok Shop, in-house, at an agency, or TikTok directly
Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and consumer buying behaviour
Proven ability to drive performance and ROI via affiliate and creator-led campaigns
Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere
Excellent analytical skills and ability to act on performance insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
