We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who can inspire and lead with passion in a large or high-profile store. Day-to-day, you’ll lead your team to deliver both individual and collective objectives, including driving revenue and providing excellent customer experiences. You’ll communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioral KPIs, whilst capitalizing on new retail opportunities.

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and by creating memorable experiences. Bringing fresh ideas and building strong relationships with customers and the community will be key to building loyalty among first-time visitors.
