Our Assistant Managers are vital and integral to our business. Customers rely on you for valuable guidance as they seek to design their ideal home. You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand customer needs and adopts a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchase and an excellent customer journey. You will have the knowledge and skills to support and motivate the team, coaching when necessary, and stepping up to cover in the Manager’s absence.
