Job summary

Diamonds Factory is seeking a Store Manager for our Lakeside luxury jewellery store. You will lead the team on the shop floor, drive premium service, and own the store's commercial performance to achieve sales targets and high-value customer experiences.

You'll coach and develop your team, maintain brand standards and visual merchandising, manage stock and operations, and build relationships with new and returning clients. Weekend and bank holiday work required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Store Manager experience within luxury retail.
• Jewellery, watches or another high-value retail background preferred.
• A strong record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams.

Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery | Lakeside

Up to £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Diamonds Factory

Do you know how to turn a great store into a high-performing one? Are you an experienced jewellery or luxury retail leader who loves developing people and creating memorable customer experiences?

The role

Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lakeside store.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands premium retail. You’ll take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives the personal, knowledgeable service expected when buying jewellery for life’s biggest moments.

You’ll be visible on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching your team and creating an environment where people want to perform.
